Eleanor Toulmin

Eleanor Toulmin is CEO and co-founder of MimicTec; an AgTech startup that makes robot chickens to look after baby chicks on commercial poultry farms. MimicTec’s vision is to improve the productivity of livestock farming by improving animal welfare. Eleanor met her co-founder Sarah Last and started MimicTec whilst studying the University of Melbourne’s Masters of Entrepreneurship. Prior to MimicTec, Eleanor was a strategy consultant at IBM and KPMG and Director of Finance at Australian youth charity The Oaktree Foundation. Eleanor also has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
